Cold Over?

I woke up feeling better today.  Still coughing and in dire need of cough drops, but I think I see the light at the tunnel.  I just hope it's not the light they tell you not to go towards.

I'm excited for a group project.  I like working with people on design things.  The conglomeration of ideas and styles can make sweet things.  It can totally ruin them too, though, but we'll see how it goes.  I don't really have any ideas for a small business I can do... hopefully my group will.

September 22

The internet did not work on the machine I usually use in this class.  I hate it when the internet doesn't work.  It is working on this machine though, so it's all good.
I'm happy to be done working in Word.  It was very tedious and not very intuitive.  Dreamweaver seems to be a whole lot better, and Photoshop can be used in tandem with it, which seems very powerful.  I'm excited for our first web page!
I was out sick yesterday.  I hope it's not a sinus infection, but I'm thinking it is.  Uh oh, here we go again...

September

I forgot that it was my friend's birthday yesterday.  Oops.  It's my girlfriend's 21st this Friday, so I'll definitely not be forgetting that one.  Should be fun.

As far as the project goes, I'm in a group by myself but am almost done.  I'm making a website for Fall Out Boy.  It seems too easy.  I can't wait to get into DreamWeaver.

and...

But we have a fan in here now!  Amazing what a little air movement can do to cool down a room full of people and computers.  Maybe it's just relative?

The Brink of a Long Weekend

Ah, Labor Day weekend.  How I love thee.  Turns out I happen to have tonight, tomorrow, Saturday, AND Sunday off of work.  I am very excited.  The girlfriend wants me to come home with her, and I haven't come up with a good excuse not to, so that's probably what I'll do.

I'm super tired today.  Last night was rough at work but I didn't work long enough to take a lunch so they HAD to let me leave before I hit 6 hours. The joys of 4:30 to 10 shifts.

We modeled a Lego in the other class I'm in with Drew.  It was fun.  I then copied it to make a wall, then that wall to start making a castle.  I didn't get to finish it though because class was over and I didn't want to be the loser sitting in here after class! Right?

Naptime.
